"Letter" Charcuterie $75

Cardboard Letter of choice - must be order 7 days in advance to ensure letter availability. 

Brie Cake $70

Feeds 3- 6

20oz Brie wheel, decorated with Prosciutto, Sweet Sopressata,

Dry Coppa, Dried Palisade Peaches, fresh fruit,

complete with a jar of Nana's Peach Jalapeno Jam and specialty crackers.

Slice into it for a perfect bite of meat & cheese!

All boards are created with seasonal products from businesses in the Palisade area.

Boards cannot accept substitutions but require knowledge of all food allergies for safety.

Charcuterie Classes

 

For groups of a minimum of 6 or more

Includes 4 charcuterie "courses" you make yourself & small keepsake cutting board.

We supply product, cutting boards, training knives, technique tutoring and the FUN!

Can be held at your home, Air BNB, company headquarters or any other location you reserve. 

$90 per person + tax

$50 setup and breakdown fee - paid by group

Payments can be individually or as a group
